The strength-mobility parkour offers your exercisers the perfect start or re-entry into training. It alternates straightening and length training of the muscles with various strengthening exercises, making a standardized workout in a small space that is feasible, practical and highly effective for everyone.

Pain and bad posture from everyday life can be reduced, muscles effectively built up and tensions released. Just two to three runs of 15 minutes per round in the strength-mobility cirquit should be enough to archieve a light-bulb moment with lasting effects, such as improved posture or positive body tension.
